Processing Time

  • Orders placed by 4 PM (Mon-Fri) and 11 AM (Sat) are dispatched the same day.
  • Long items are dispatched by 3 PM (Mon-Fri) (no weekend dispatch).
  • Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Delivery (Free): Arrives within 2-3 business days (UK Mainland only).
  • Expedited Delivery (£3.99): 1-day delivery (UK Mainland only).
  • Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery (£9.99): Guaranteed by 1 PM next day (UK Mainland only).
  • Standard Delivery for Long Items (Free): Arrives within 1-2 business days (UK Mainland only).

Delivery within two working days: HS2, IM, JE, PA60-75, PA78, ZE2-3.

Delivery within three working days: KW16 (non-town), KW17, PH30, PH41-44.
