Returns
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Return Shipping
- To return your item, please send it to our return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For returns over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
