Deco Market Refund Policy

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
  • We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

Return Shipping

  • To return your item, please send it to our return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For returns over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
